In order to process your request, we will need some additional information:
- Doctor Cora’s in state honorarium must also include: airfare (2 first-class tickets), accommodations (1 king and 1 double queen), or ground transportation (to fit 5-6 people).
- Once you have had an opportunity to speak with your committee and have reached a consensus, please notify us of your decision. Should you decide to move forward, we will submit your information to the security team to receive clearance.
- Once approval has been given, we will prepare your contract and provide a tentative hold for the date in question. At that time, you will have five days from the date of the contract to submit your deposit of 50% of the honorarium or payment in full with the signed contract.
- Once received, your date will be secured. You’ll receive her pics, bio, and videos that can be used for promo.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon her arrival to speak.
